Johnson Jr., Jeff D. View/Sign Guest Book JOHNSON, JEFF D. JR., 81 of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at Jewish Hospital. He was retired from the Army Corps of Engineers and retired from the Navy Reserves. He was a member of the former West Side Baptist Church and was a Mason. Survivors: wife, Vivian L. (Penn) Johnson; sister, Mildred Lester, Louisville; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation: 1 8 p.m. Sunday and 9 11 a.m. Monday at the Market Street Chapel of Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes. Funeral: 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
