Champa, Jere A. View/Sign Guest Book CHAMPA, JERE A., 52, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at his residence. He was the owner/ operator of Champ's Hurstbourne Rollerdome. He is survived by his son, Jere A. Champa II; daughter, Tara Kalai Champa; his mother, Mandy Champa; and brothers, Anthony "Tony" Lee Champa, Joe Champa and Gary Champa. Jere's funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Sunday and from 10 a.m. until time of service Monday at Highlands. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Association.
