Jerry Cox

Jerry B. Cox 89, loving husband to Juanita Rickard Cox, passed away Wednesday September 30, 2015 at Robley Rex Medical Center. Jerry was born to the late Jimerson Parker and Susen Ellen Turner Cox in Rumsey Kentucky on June 20, 1926.
He was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jaclyn.
Jerry was a chemical operator for I. E. Dupont and a proud WWII Army Veteran. He was also a Mason with the Leitchfield Lodge, a member of the VFW Post, past Grand Royal Patron of Amaranth, Inc .Laurel Court #6 and a Deacon at his church, Penile Baptist Church.
Besides his wife of 69 years he is survived by their children; Jerry C. Cox (Suk), Jon Cox, and Cecilia Saksefski (Mark) along with 8 grandchildren; Vanessa, Jennifer (Josh), Kristina, Alison (Justin), Gwendolyn, Jason, Kaitlin (Jacob), Craig and great-grandchildren, Brian, Liam, Samuel, and Dean.
