Jerry Malone

Jerry T. Malone, 73, loving husband to Linda Caplinger Malone, passed away Sunday August 4, 2013 in Park Tower at Baptist Health. He was born on September 3, 1939 to the late James and Elizabeth Covington Malone in Greenville, Kentucky.
Jerry also was preceded in death by his brother Dudley Malone.
Jerry retired, after 36 years, from LGE. Jerry also played saxophone with many Louisville area bands including: Tradewinds, 500 Proof, Jerry Sharp's NuNotes, Mystics, and the Sultans.
Besides his wife of 22 years, he is survived by his children; Richard (Vicki), Karen, and Gary (Debbie) Malone. He also leaves five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the entire staff at Baptist Health, especially the Park Tower staff, and Hosparus for the excellent care they provided.
