Jess Torp

TORP, JESS RICHARD, 77, of Louisville, passed away Friday, September 20, 2013 at his home. He was a retired salesman and realtor for Paul Semonin Realtors and an Army veteran. Jess is survived by his wife, Helen (Cissell) Torp; sons, Michael Torp, Christopher Torp (Lila), Paul Torp (Elizabeth), Peter Torp (Angie); daughters, Bonnie Naville (Jim); Patti Torp; Laurie Jacobs (David); step-children, David Beatty (Barbara), Phyllis Greenwell and Alice Hannah; brothers, Robert Torp (Darlene), Tom Torp, Jerry Torp (Deloris), Jim Torp; sisters, Jean Sperber (Robert) and Annie Peil (Loren); 26 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday starting at 1 p.m. until his service at 5 p.m. at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road. Burial will be private.
