Jessie Larimore

Larimore, Jessie May Nunn LARIMORE, JESSIE MAY NUNN, died at Meadowview Nursing Home Friday, May 25, 2007. Jessie was born in Metcalfe County, KY, October 6, 1915. She was a member of Westport Road Baptist Church and a retired clerk of the Shively Bacon's. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cohen and Emma Nunn; her loving husband, Elon T. Larimore; a grandchild, David H. Barnes; and her brother, Carl D. Nunn. Surviving to miss her greatly include her only child, Betty Larimore Barnes; her only surviving grandchild, Wayne L. Barnes (Carolyn); four great-grandchildren, Emily F. Walz (Paul), Bryan D. Barnes (Chasity), Zachary W. Barnes and Rebecca L. Barnes. In February Jessie got to hold her only great-great grandchild, Kaden P. Barnes. She is also survived by her devoted sister, Cozette Turner (Charles); and many nieces and nephews. Her funeral service will be noon Tuesday at Arch L. Heady Westport Road, with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will precede the funeral service from 10 a.m.-noon Tuesday.
