Jewel Nevaeh Ray Share E-mail Visit Guest Book RAY, JEWEL NEVAEH, infant daughter of Casey Defler and Josh Ray, passed away Sunday October 11, 2009 at Kosair Children's Hospital.
Besides her parents, she is survived by grandparents, Darrell and Gina Defler, Sharri Spadie and Mike Doss, James Michael and Deanna Ray; great-grandparents, Kenneth Milby, John and Audrey Bohannon, Jim and Doris Ray, and Louis and Katie Vaughn; aunt and uncle Dara and Joe; uncle, Nathan; aunts, Jennifer and Rachel; cousins, Madison, Nathan, Ethan, Xander, and Silas.
Jewel was preceded in death by her great-grandmothers, Margie Milby and Beverly Vaughn.
Her funeral service will be held at noon Thursday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, followed by interment at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from noon-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial gifts may be made to Kosair Charities.
