John Bratcher

Bratcher, John B. View/Sign Guest Book BRATCHER, JOHN B., 84, of Louisville, passed away Friday, March 6, 2009. He was a retired district manager for National Life & Accident Insurance Co., a 60 year Mason, a member of Masonic Valley Lodge #511, Cloverleaf Baptist Church, and an Army veteran of World War II. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Mary Bratcher; and his brother, Gilbert Bratcher. Survivors include his wife of over 61 years, Betsy Tinsley Bratcher; his children, Jim Bratcher and Ann Downard (Bud); four grandchildren; two step grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; his brother, W. D. Bratcher; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Cloverleaf Baptist Church, 4401 Manslick Road, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Sunday and 4-8 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, and after 11 a.m. Tuesday at his Church.
