John Skaggs

SKAGGS, JOHN MICHAEL, 58, of Louisville, passed away on April 3, 2014. Michael graduated from Doss High School in 1973 and worked for many years at Sysco Foods. Michael was born on September 27, 1955, in Louisville to John and Gloria (Bruck) Skaggs-Newton. His father preceded him in death. Michael is survived by his mother, Gloria; brothers, Stephen and Kevin Skaggs; sisters, Angie Weber, Lisa Mulligan and Cheri Turner; niece and nephews, Whitney Thomas, Trenton and Landon Turner, BJ and Corey Mulligan, Brooke Love, Brittney and Kevin Skaggs, and Stephanie Cowan; and his beloved Rosanna. Visitation will be 3-8 pm Friday, April 4, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy). Funeral ceremony will be held Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home with entombment to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
