TIERNEY, JOHN W. "JACK"III, 66, passed away Friday, November 18, 2011.
He was a long time employee of Ford Motor Company and member of Crestwood Baptist Church, both where he had many friends and wonderful memories.
He was preceded in death by his father, John W. Tierney, Jr.
He is survived by his loving wife, the former Jenni Marie McIntyre; sons, John (Francie) and Christopher (Penny) Tierney; stepdaughter, Holly Glasser (Dominic); stepsons, Nathan and Brian Denyes; sister, Kathy MacDonald (Malcolm); mother, Emily Kehrer Tierney; grandchildren, Mark, Molly, Ashley Mia Tierney and Leslie Glasser; mother in law, RoseMary Manning (James); niece and nephew, Scott (Olivia) MacDonald and Katie (Josh) Fruchtman; great-niece, Lucy MacDonald; special aunt, Elsie Griffin; several aunts and cousins.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Crestwood Baptist Church, with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Monday at Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood and 9:30 a.m. Tuesday until time of service at the church.
