Johnny was a native of Fayetteville, TN and an equipment manager for Old Capitol Golf Club. Survivors include one daughter, Sheri West Campbell; three sons, Quentin, Daniel and Lucas West; brothers, Donnie and Ronnie West; sister, Cathy Underwood; father, Hubert West; and three grandchildren. Funeral is 1 p.m. Thursday at Nunnelly Funeral Home, 4327 Taylor Blvd. Burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday.
