Metcalfe, Joseph Leonard Sr.,95, of Carlisle, KY, widower of Flossie Rigdon Metcalfe, died Tuesday, April 21, 2015.He is survived by two sons, Charles T. (Bonnie) Metcalfe, Carlisle and Joseph L. (Marian) Metcalfe, Jr., Louisville; three daughters, Mary Katherine (Donnie) Smiddy, Florida, Betty Ann (Dale) Caudill, South Carolina and Terri Jean (Oddis) Wrenn, Florida, a sister, Jennie Rigdon, Alabama; 15 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Services 10:30 a.m. Friday, First Baptist Church of Carlisle. Burial: 2 p.m., Louisville Memorial Gardens-West. Visitation: 5 p.m. Thursday at the church.
