Joyce Gilpin

Gilpin, Joyce Ann (Matheny),73, passed away July 16, 2015.She was a homemaker and a 43 year member of Al-Anon.Preceding her in death were her parents, and her brother, Donald Matheny.She is survived by her devoted husband of 54 years, Martin E. Gilpin; her children, Gary Gilpin (Celia), Danny Gilpin (Lorie) and Donna Sanders (Paul); grandchildren, Derek, Steven, Madalyn and Grace Gilpin, Alaina and Leah Sanders; one great-grandchild, Liam; and her sister, Donna Kolb (Wayne).Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be Sunday 2 -8 p.m.Memorial gifts may be made to the WHAS Crusade for Children.
