Hayes, Joyce Estelle View/Sign Guest Book BOWLING GREEN HAYES, JOYCE ESTELLE, 83, died Monday, January 7, 2008 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. She was a housewife and homemaker and was born October 14, 1924 in Edmonson County, KY, daughter of the late James S. and Ora T. (Dalton Armes. She is a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Bowling Green. She loved her family and they always came first. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Roberta L. Harper. Survivors are her husband of 63 years, Marion C. Hayes, Bowling Green; granddaughter, Toni L. Rohan (Tom), Louisville, KY; two great-grandchildren, Zachary and Joshua Rohan, Louisville; five sisters, Dorothy Dalton and Ada Howell, Louisville, Idella Phelps, Bowling Green, Nelda Massey, Edmonson Co. and Jean Higgs, Butler Co., KY; two brothers, Marion E. Armes, West Lafayette, IN and Ronnie J. Armes, Roundhill, KY; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Funeral: 10 a.m. Thursday at J.C. Kirby & Son Broadway Chapel, Bowling Green. Visitation: 2-8 p.m. Wednesday. Entombment: 2:30 p.m. (EST) Thursday at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
