ROWLAND, JUANITA "CHRIS," 67, formerly of Louisville, died Thursday, July 17, 2008, in St. Petersburg, FL. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa R. Noe; son, Doug Noe (Peggy); sister, Beverly Moseley; and two grandchildren, Phillip and Emma Noe. Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood. Burial will follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be held 3-8 p.m. Wednesday.
