Judie Burris, 73, wife of the late Chester Lee Burris Sr., died Friday, September 14, 2012 at Jewish Hospital.
Born in Louisville March 5, 1939 she is the daughter of the late Joel T. & Helen Dunford Weatherly and was retired from the Jefferson County School System.
She is survived by her son, Corkey Burris (Cindy) , 4 grandchildren, Teasha Henon, and Cortney, Chelsea & Cayley Burris.
A service celebrating Judie's life will be held 7:00pm Wednesday September 19, 2012 at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Hwy. with Charlie Burris officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home until service time.
