Judith Osborne

Judith Osborne, 67, beloved wife of Charles, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2021 at her residence in Louisville.  She retired from JCPS after years of service.  She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother.  Judy leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 49 years, Charles, sons, Charlie and Eddie (Jennifer), father, Eddie, brother, Joey, sisters, Patsy Phillips and Kathy Sabol, and 7 grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Ratterman, brother, Jimbo Ratterman, sister, Susie Stillwell and grandson, Dustin Osborne.
