Karen was a "Gift of Life" organ, eye and tissue donor through the love and generosity of her family.
Preceded in death by her father Robert L. Cooper Sr.
Karen is survived by her daughter, Leila Beth Goodwin (Mitchell); two sons, Andrew W. Duvall (Tabetha) and Justin McFall (Jessica); nine grandchildren; a brother, Robert L. Cooper Jr. (Joyce); and mother, Betty J. Cooper.
A funeral service celebrating Karen's life will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway. Visitation for Family and friends will start at 9 a.m. Saturday until service time. Entombment will be in Louisville Memorial Gardens Cemetery West Mausoleum.
