HOLLADAY, KIRBY WILLIAM SR., 72, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, May 9, 2010 at Jewish Hospital.
He was a native of Louisville and retired from International Harvester and Rohm and Haas.
Kirby is preceded in death by his parents, Russell and Lula Holladay; a brother, Keith and sister, Elloine Thompson.
Kirby is survived by his wife of 51 years, Judy Holladay; sons, K.W. "Bill" Holladay Jr. (Pam), Gregg Holladay (Teresa), Michael Holladay (Deleen) and David Holladay (Deanna); two brothers, Kenneth and Kermit Holladay. Kirby has 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, plus nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday at Dixie Valley Church of God, 4703 Quinn Dr., with burial immediately following. Visitation will be Monday, 6-9 p.m. and Tuesday, 4-9 p.m. at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the National Alzheimer's Association .
