Larry Johnson

Larry Stephen Johnson, 76, loving husband of Brenda, passed away peacefully, on December 10, 2021, at Kindred Hospital in Louisville, from complications of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis.  He was born on November 14, 1945, in Louisville, the son of the late James and Beulah Johnson.  He enjoyed watching TV, especially Golf and Westerns.  He also loved music and spending time with his family.  His proudest accomplishment was being a father and a grandad.  Larry was a proud United States Air Force Veteran.  Besides his loving wife of 50 years, Brenda, he is survived by his son, Kory Johnson (Kristen), sisters, Patricia Scordy, Joan Watts (Jimmy), Angie Tipping, Bonnie Parsons and Melanie Hawkins, brothers, Gary (Becky) and David (Paula) Johnson, grandson, Lincoln Fox Johnson, sister-in-law, Linda Duke and mother-in-law, Elvira Knight.  He is preceded in death by his sister, Linda Ridenour, brothers-in-law, Donald Scordy, Jerry Tipping, Steve Parsons and Jimmy Ridenour.
