VESTAL, LAURA THOMPSON, 44, died Monday October 19, 2009, at Baptist Hospital East.
She was a records supervisor at Kentucky State Reformatory.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lori Vestal.
She is survived by her parents, Lawrence and Carroll Thompson; sister, Lisa Thompson (brother-in-law, Mark Sauer); very special little cousins, James, Philip and Pharan Gill; and loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood. Burial will follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Thursday.
Memorial contributions may be made to Juvenile Diabetes or National Kidney Foundation .
