79, of Louisville passed away Saturday November 28, 2015 at Sts Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.
Lawrence was born in Nelson County, KY. to the late Joseph A. and Mary Ann Boone. He served eight years of active duty with the U.S. Army Reserves. He was a member of St Peter The Apostle Catholic Church and had retired as a construction contractor.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Elizabeth Ann (Smith) Boone; three children, Larry Boone (Ann), Rick Boone (Melissa) and Karen Ann Anderson (Paul); seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Pauline Goote and Helen Boone; a brother, Bernard Boone.
A funeral Mass will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at St Peter The Apostle Catholic Church 5431 Johnsontown Road with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy.
