He was born in Pontiac, MI, to Lawrence B. and Helen (Sickels) Saxton Sr., who preceded him in death and he was a carpenter by trade. Survivors include his wife, Jeanine (Bell) Saxton; one daughter, Shileen (Saxton) Wright (Doug); one grand daughter, Haylea Pendleton; one stepgrandson, Joshua Brodsky; one brother, Bradley Saxton (Charlene); two sisters, Sharon Biskner (Gordon) and Judy Barber (William); and his father-in-law, Walter Bell Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with entombment to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
