IJAMES, LEE "TYLER" SR., 78, passed away May 20, 2010 at Baptist Hospital East.
Mr. Ijames enjoyed hunting, fishing, family gatherings and he loved babies.
He was preceded in death by his son, Lee Tyler Jr.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Nancy Ijames; three daughters, Debra Wingfeld, Lisa Tipton, Karen Martin (Dave); two sons Donnie Ijames (Carol) and Kevin Ijames (Shellea); one sister; three brothers; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral service celebrating Tyler's life will be noon Tuesday at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway. Visitation for family and friends will be Monday from 2-8 p.m. and again 10 a.m.-noon on Tuesday prior to services.
