He was a native of Brownsville, KY, a Navy veteran, a Masonic and retired from Frito Lay.
Preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Jean.
Survivors include a brother, Albert Meredith; many friends, nieces and nephews.
Service will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Heady Heady Funeral Home with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is 12 noon - 6 p.m. on Wednesday.
