Levering Gross

Levering "Les" Gross, 95, husband to the late Jean Hottell Gross, passed away at Baptist Healthcare on Thursday January 5, 2017. He was born to Lester and Usella Bowan Gross in Wedowee, AL on July 24, 1921.
Les was a self employed photo finisher, a Navy veteran, a member of the 4th Ave United Methodist Church and a Mason with the Plumb Lodge #862.
He is survived by his children, Jeanne Johnson, William Gross (Patricia), Anita Cashman, and Leslie Shirley (Joel) along with 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be Monday from 2-7 pm at the funeral home.
