WORRELL, L.C., 80, passed away Saturday December 6, 2008 in Louisville . He is survived by his wife, Patsy Worrell; daughter, Carla Gerkey (Wayne); two granddaughters and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held noon Monday at Evergreen Funeral Home with visitation Sunday, 3-8 p.m. Burial is in Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
