Lillian Ploettner

Ploetner, Lillian Marie (Pierson) View/Sign Guest Book PLOETNER, LILLIAN MARIE (PIERSON), 63, passed away Thursday, August 9, 2007 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. She was a retired instructional assistant with special needs children for JCPS and a member of St. Marks Lutheran Church. She also was a former member of the Motet Singers. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Ruth, and her brother, Martin. She is survived by her daughter, Angel Ploetner Hendricks; son, Chris Ploetner; a granddaughter, Christian; brothers, Gene (Mary) and George (JoAnn) Pierson; and a life long friend, Carolyn Hawkins. Her funeral will be held on Monday 1 p.m. at J. E. Ratterman & Son, 7330 Southside Dr. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens- West. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Sunday and after 10 a.m. Monday till the funeral. Published in The Courier-Journal from 8/11/2007 - 8/12/2007.
