Linda Merideth

Merideth, Linda Smith MERIDETH, LINDA SMITH, 56, of Chester, VA and formerly of Louisville, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, September 5, 2007. She was a life long member of Victory Memorial Baptist Church, an agent for Pre-Paid Legal Services and a former member of the Motet Singers. She was a wonderful encourager to all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Robert and Nina Catherine Smith. She is survived by her husband, Ricky Merideth; her inherited daughter, Hope Benningfield (Tommy); sister, Robin Stamm (John); two grandchildren, Lillian Dixie and Grace Ann Benningfield; one niece, Lauren Stamm and one nephew, Tyler Stamm. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 12 noon at O. D. White & Sons, 2727 S. Third Street with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday, 1-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 10 a.m. Wednesday. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Gideon International.
