Silva, Linda J. View/Sign Guest Book SILVA, LINDA J., 58, of Louisville, formerly of Texas, passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2008, at Norton Hospice Pavilion. She was the former Linda Taylor, a graduate of Valley High School, a homemaker and member of Robertson Avenue Baptist Church, in Copperas Cove, TX. She loved her family, her church and going to the gym. She was preceded in death by her son, Steven Silva; and her father, Neely Taylor. She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband of 39 years, Robert Silva; daughter, Susan Silva; mother and stepfather, Betty Johnson (Peter); brothers, Robert (Sandy) and Thomas (Sheila) Taylor; stepbrother, Mark Johnson; granddaughter, Christle Vincent (Branden); grandson, Nicholas Shrader; great-grandson, Edmond Lee Vincent; Dorothy "Aunt Dot" Black and "Aunt Hazel" Milligan; and cousin, Larry Black. Her funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Monday at the Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road, with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be held 1-8 p.m. Sunday and after 9 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Hosparus.
