Linnie (Shepherd) Cannon CANNON, LINNIE (SHEPHERD), 79, of Louisville, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Friday, February 5, 2009 with her family by her side.
She was born October 6, 1930, the daughter of the late Clyde and Shirlda Shepherd.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and cooking. Many people know her by her knack for painting ceramics. She will be deeply missed by all.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Lawrence Shepherd.
Linnie leaves to cherish her memory, her beloved husband of 62 years, William "Bill" Cannon; son, William "Keith" Cannon (Kathleen); granddaughter, Michele Street; her precious great-grandchildren whom she adored, Cameron and Carson; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 1-8 p.m. Sunday.
Memorial gifts may be made to Hosparus in appreciation for all the love and care given to Linnie.
