Lois Haburne

Haburne, Lois Viola,100, passed away Sunday, September 13, 2015.Lois was a member of Riverside Baptist church. She enjoyed sewing, embroidery, quilting, gardening, cooking and reading.She was preceded in death by her husband Erskine L. Haburne; sons, Erskine "PeeWee", Blaine "Buddy", Randolph "Biggon" and Colonel C. Haburne, daughter; Virginia Lee Hooks.She is survived by her sons, Marshall (Susan), William (Beverlie) and Bob Haburne (Shirley); daughter, Emily Dunn (Ray); 18 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great grandchildren and seven great-great-great-grandchildren.A celebration of life will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, September 17,2015 at Ratterman Grand Chapels, 4832 Cane Run Road. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Burial will be in Louisville Memorial Gardens.Memorial contributions may be made to Hosparus of Louisville.
