FRANKE, LOUISE H., 104, of Bloomington, IN, went home to her Heavenly Father on June 21, 2013.
Jesus promised that He would prepare a place in Heaven for all who would believe in Him and so she has gone to receive that promise.
She devoted her life to her family, teaching young children in Sunday School up into her 90's, being a faithful prayer warrior, planting and harvesting from her annual garden, and delighting in the many flowers in her yard.
She is survived by her son, James E. Franke Jr. (Bonnie); daughters, Louise Adamson (Donald), Jeanne Schermer (Gary) and Constance Franke; 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Franke Sr. of 54 years.
A time of celebration with her family will be held at Allen Funeral Home, 4155 S. Old St. Rd. 37, in Bloomington on Monday, from 4-8 p.m. and a celebration of her life will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens (West). Visitation will be Tuesday, 2-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
Memorials can be made to ministries that serve children.
