Louise Gosling

Gosling, M. Louise LeCompte View/Sign Guest Book GOSLING, M. LOUISE LeCOMPTE, 80, of Louisville, passed away Friday, February 15, 2008 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. Louise was born in Shelby Co., KY and graduated from Ahrens Trade High School. She had modeled for Alix Adams, worked for Bushchemeyer Jewelers and Royal Bank. She retired as a bookkeeper for J. Riggings Clothing Store and was a member of St. Stephen United Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her mother, Katherine Hughes; brother, Robert LeCompte and sister, Lucy Hoover. Louise is survived by her husband, T. Ralph "Goz" Gosling; son, T. Ronald Gosling (Erica), of San Diego, CA ; daughter, Deborah Louise Klosik (Frank), of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Joseph Klosik, Stephanie Klosik Stevenson (Jeff) and Matthew Ronald Gosling; great-grandson, Gavin Law Stevenson; niece, Gail Brumett (Franklin); and other nieces, nephews and cousins in Shelbyville. Her memorial service will be 4 p.m. Sunday at St. Stephen United Church of Christ, 1875 Farnsley Road. Visitation: 3-4 p.m. Sunday at church. Burial will be private. Owen Funeral Home, Dixie Highway, is in charge of arrangements. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Alzheimer's Association and Shively Area Ministries.
