She attended Walnut Street Baptist Church where she was a member of the Oasis Club, and was an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include her nephews, Vic Kendall (Ronda), who cared for her, and Morris Miller; and nieces, Inez Tameling, Virginia Beckman, Linda Gail Johnson, Betty Conn, Shirley Payne, and Marcella Perry.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 3 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Memorial gifts may be made to American Cancer Society .
