SMITH, LOURELL (MILLER), 84, passed away October 13, 2012 at Baptist East Hospital.
She was a member of Shively Baptist Church and retired from Phillip Morris as a packer.
Survivors include her loving husband of 62 years, James E. "Jack" Smith; sons, Mike Smith (Debbie) and Burie "Ken" Smith (Kristy); grandchildren, Amy Arndt (Rick), Nathan Smith (Jessica), Sarah Johnson (John), and Bruce Durham (Erin); five great-grandchildren; sisters, Janice Adams (Bill), Martha Shumaker, Ann Eaker, Emily Cunningham (Zane) and Sonya Lineberry (George); brother, Ferrell Miller; sister-in-law, Jean Miller; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Shively Baptist Church, 1599 Sadie Lane with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy.
