FRAZIER, LUCIAN SHERLOCK "HAM," 79, of Louisville, died Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at Jewish Hospital. He was a retired, 22-year employee of both Jefferson County Board of Elections and Waste Management Company, the former owner of the old Frazier Sinclair Service Station and a member of the First Virginia Ave. Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Judith W. Frazier; three daughters, Pamela R. Simms, A'Lelia N. Wilson and Donna Montgomery; three sons, Lucian S. Jr., Bryant K. and Jeffery L. Frazier; two stepsons, Rev. John and Phillip LeMaster; three sisters, Laura Tolbert, Ann Lawless and Thelma Goff; three brothers, Edward, Eugene and James Robert Frazier; 16 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral: 11 a.m. Tuesday at W.P. Porter Mortuary, 2611 Virginia Ave., with burial in Louisville Memorial East Cemetery. Visitation: 2-8 p.m. Monday
