MAXWELL, LUCILLE CAUDILL, 83, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2009, at the Episcopal Church Home. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Warren A. Maxwell. Lucille is survived by son, Allen Maxwell; daughter, Robin Thonen (David); granddaughters, Abby Simms (Tommy) and Caitlin Thonen ; grandson, Brandon Thonen; sister, Ella Frances Crittenden; and brother, Don Caudill. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday Louisville Memorial Gardens East, Chapel of Peace, 11601 Ballardsville Road. Family and friends may visit noon-2 p.m. prior to service. Family requests contributions be made to Episcopal Church Home and Hosparus of Louisville.
