Wills, Lucille G. View/Sign Guest Book WILLS, LUCILLE G., 88, of Portland, passed away Sunday, March 30, 2008 at Harrison County Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was a piano teacher and a member of the West End General Baptist Church and Lions Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Wills. She is survived by a daughter, Ginger Bailey (Chester); two grandchildren, Jeffery and Annette Bailey; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Funeral services will be 11 am Tuesday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home, 2114 W. Market St., with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
