BRAWAND, LUCY FRANCIS, 86, passed away October 10,2013 in Louisville, KY. She was the former Lucy Williams and was born in Algood, TN. She was a member of the Church of Christ and a retired employee of the old P. Lorillard Tobacco Co. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred "Bill" Brawand. She is survived by her sister, Estelle Verble; and niece, Sharon Ruby of Lakeland, FL; great-niece, Shaunte Bagby of Lexington, KY; and great-nephew, Scott Bagby of Louisville, KY.
