Layman, Lula Bell View/Sign Guest Book LAYMAN, LULA BELL, 87, died Monday, March 16, 2009. She was retired from Jefferson County Public Schools and a member of Shively Baptist Church. She is survived by her children, Rev. Jim (Phyllis), Roger (Diane) and Mark (Karen) Layman; grandchildren, Laura Meeks (Kent), Melissa Porter (Andrew), Rachel Argabright (Brian), Kathleen and Allyson Layman; and great grandchildren, Christian Porter and Sarah Argabright. Her funeral is 1 p.m. Thursday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is 3-8p.m. Wednesday.
