JOLLY, M. BEATRICE "BEA," 85, formerly of south Louisville, passed away Friday, October 5, 20012 at Wesley Manor.
She was the former Bea Alexander, a native of Breckinridge County, a faithful member of Sts. Simon and Jude Church and its Senior Club. She devoted her life to the service of her husband, children, grandchildren and church. In addition to raising a large family, Mom faithfully volunteered in various capacities at both her church and Sts. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital.
Mrs. Jolly was preceded in death by her husband, Hilary in 1988; and her eldest son, Donald in 2003.
Survivors include children, Vickie (Bob) Bickett, Jane (Pete) Graham, Brenda (Jamie) Hyatt, Ron (Terry), Tom (Doris) and Dale (Patti) Jolly; also by 15 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Sts. Simon and Jude Church, 4335 Hazelwood Ave. with entombment at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Monday at Nunnelley Funeral Home, 4327 Taylor Blvd.
