Margie Burdette

Margie Juanita Kimbro Burdette, age 89, passed away May 21, 2013 with family by her side. She leaves to cherish her memory sons John Lester Kimbro (Kathy), Thomas Kimbro, daughters, Loretta Riggs (Michael), and Phyllis Santos (Dale Sauer), 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; sisters Edna Keefe (Eddie), Wilma Nolan, Patricia Matheison (Dallas), and Daisy Butcher.
She was preceded in death by husbands John Kimbro and Hubert Burdette, parents John & Minnie Hodge, daughter Annette Hatfield, sisters Hazel Young, Geneva Evinger, Georgie Smith and brothers John, Gordon, William Ray, Layton & Wilburn Hodge.
A member of Okolona Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed her family, dancing and reading the Bible. The family is grateful for the 6th floor staff at Parkway Nursing Home for the loving care they provided her over the past few months.
