Phipps, Marie View/Sign Guest Book PHIPPS, MARIE, 79, of Louisville, passed away Monday, November 10, 2008 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Arthur Phipps Sr. She is survived by her sons, Arthur Phipps Jr. (Choi in Suk) and Robert L. Phipps (Marguerite); daughters, Judy Marie Phipps and Barbara Ann Donoho (Bob); brother, Everett Ballard; sisters, Gertrude Voorhies and Mary Smith; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Her funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons-Southwest, 4832 Cane Run Road, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be noon-8 p.m. Wednesday.
