Johnson, Martha I. (Collins) View/Sign Guest Book JOHNSON, MARTHA I. (COLLINS), 71, of Louisville, died February 7, 2009, at home. She was a former waitress at Jerry's Restaraunt for 30 years. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Morris Collins. She is survived by her daughters, Ernestine Holthouser (Ron), Sandra Johnson, Sharon Jensen (Keith), Dollie O'Connell (Billy), Loretta Logsdon (Darrell) and Robbin Radcliff (Scotty); sisters, Mavis Ross (Russell) and Mary Reeder; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral service is 1 p.m. Wednesday at Keenan's Funeral Home, 4724 Dixie Hwy. (at Rockford Ln.), with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Tuesday. A special thanks to: Carolyn and Monica, Yellow Ambulance, Davita and Dr. D., Mark Holthouser and special companion, Bud Grisham. She will be dearly missed.
