LEWIS, MARTHA SUE, 70 of Louisville passed away Monday January 20, 2014 at the Hosparus Care Center. Survivors include her husband of 39 years, Thomas "Tom" Lewis; son Michael A. Lewis; brother, David Lee Dixon; and father, William Dixon. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
