TURNER, MARTHA DAVIS, 88, of Pewee Valley, passed away Friday, October 19, 2012 at Baptist Hospital Northeast.
She was a longtime member of Crestwood United Methodist Church and had travelled to Belize and Costa Rica for mission trips. She retired from the Department of Corrections.
She is survived by her children, Allen Turner, Eddie Turner and Susan Fielden; sisters, Betty Coakley, Virginia Hamm and Shirley Parker; brothers, William Davis, Edwin Davis and Charles Davis; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be Tuesday, 11 a.m. at Crestwood United Methodist Church with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be Monday 2-8 p.m. Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood. There will also be visitation at the church 10 a.m. until time of service.
