ZINSER, MARTIN J. "MARTY," 82, of Louisville died Wednesday January 11, at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.
He was a native of Louisville, graduate of Flaget High School, Class of '48 and member of St. Denis and St. Matthias Catholic churches. He was sales manager for Prudential Insurance Company, where he worked for 25 years and routeman for Oertle's Brewery for 18 years.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, the former Billie F. Hemry; two sisters and three brothers.
He is survived by his children, Chris (Marcia), Jeff (Laurie), and Kurt (Therese) Zinser, and Donna Zinser Clark; sister, Theresa "Dolly" Adams; and beloved grandchildren, Zach, Matt, Jake, Jarrod, Jordan, Neil, Bryn, Molly and Jackson.
Funeral will be held 11a.m., Saturday at J.B. Ratterman and Sons Grand Chapels, 4832 Cane Run Road, with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Friday.
