CHURCH, MARVIN ISAAC, 88, passed away Monday January 7, 2013, at University of Louisville Hospital.
Marvin was a U.S. Navy and Merchant Marine veteran of World War II, Korea and Vietnam. He was a member of VFW Post # 2921, American Legion Post # 220 and Eagles Lodge Aerie 4499.
Survivors include his children, Fran Ewing, Lou Ann Ayers, Lynn Juberg, Marvin Church Jr., Kimberly Gibson and Beth Church; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother, William Earl Church and a sister, Evelyn Smith.
Funeral services will be noon Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be Thursday, 2 - 8 p.m. Online expressions: owenfuneralhome.com
