Marvin Owen

Marvin “Bubby” A. Owen, beloved husband of 22 years to Janet (Gordon) Owen, passed away suddenly on Wednesday March 13, 2019.

He was born to Harold and Gladys (Vittito) Owen in Louisville on September 4, 1947.

Bubby was a retired independent truck driver and was a member of the R.O.M.E.O Club and loved to play poker.

Beside his wife he is survived by his mother, Gladys Owen, sisters, Margaret House and Mary Smith along with children Derema (Don), Melissa, Marvin T. (Melanie), Erin, and Mark.   He is also survived by several grandchildren and his beloved fur baby, Lester.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 am at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway.  Visitation will be Monday from 1-7 pm at the funeral home.
